Creative retouching for sports imagery

Major sports brands are famed for being flamboyant and fantastical in their advertising. Over the years, I’ve worked on some of the most ground-breaking campaigns for global brands including Nike and Adidas, as well as supporting national and international football teams in their promotions.

My experience in sports imagery includes portraits and action shots of top international athletes and sports personalities such as Christiano Ronaldo, Raphaël Varane and Harry Kane for advertising campaigns, publications, books and magazine shoots. I love working for global brands as their design teams are willing to push limits in image creation to produce genuinely innovative campaigns to disrupt the sportswear market. From a creative perspective, I’m often tasked to produce very complex compositions involving various photographic, CGI or illustrative elements. I love this, as it stretches my creativity and challenges the entire team to deliver by demanding collaboration and a seamless workflow. I’m proud of my involvement in these briefs and have formed some lasting relationships with team members including creative agencies, post-production studios and photographers.
